Our wedding planning services are completely personalised to your needs. We provide a flexible approach, offering customised support that aligns with the level of involvement you desire, ensuring your wedding day is exactly how you envision it.
Full Wedding Planning & Design
My full planning service takes you from the outset of your planning journey in sourcing a venue through to then planning every little detail to form a day that is expertly curated to be beautiful, elegant, memorable and timeless.
I take you from concept to creation. I learn about you individually, as well as you as a couple and your love story, to put together a bespoke visual representation of your wedding day. From there we can refine this concept and start working on the logistics. From choosing your perfect team of trusted and hard working suppliers to help deliver your beautiful day, through to managing payment schedules and your budget, right through to me being in the background on the day ensuring it runs seamlessly and effortlessly so you can be fully present and stress free.
I would love to be a part of your wedding planning journey. If you are interested in finding out further information please reach out and we can arrange a complementary consultation. Following this I will then put together a bespoke quote depending on your requirements and budget for your day.
Full wedding planning and design services are priced based on 10-12% of your overall budget with a minimum spend. Pricing will be influenced by the scale, complexity and length of your occasion.
I also offer a multiple event package if your wedding is being held over multiple days (3+ events).
Your bespoke quote will be provided to you after your initial consultation.
Wedding Day Coordination
If you have already planned the majority of your day, lined up your suppliers but need a bit of a helping hand in the final stage of planning leading up to the big day, then this could be the package for you.
Our wedding day coordination package ‘starts from 6-8 weeks out from your big day. This will involve you completing a detailed questionnaire which will tell me the key details you have organised up to this point. We will then have a details meeting 4 weeks out to ensure nothing has been overlooked and to go over the intricate details of the day, leaving you free to enjoy this final build up to your big day reassured everything has been covered. I will be the point person for all of your lovely suppliers, whom I will liaise with to ensure they have all of the information they need and that everyone is clear on the schedule for the day. But I will also be the point person and adviser for you in those final weeks to guide you around any questions you might have.
On the day itself, I work tirelessly in the background to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. I will be at the venue from the beginning of the day to assist with all parts of preparations behind the scenes, be it setting up, coordinating the arrival of suppliers, keeping everything running to schedule or helping with bridal preparations. The biggest goal for me on the morning of your wedding is to leave you carefree and able to feel the anticipation and excitement without having to handle multiple questions or deal with any stress that arises.
For wedding coordination pricing is based on the complexity and size of your celebration, with pricing starting at £1,400.
