With a keen eye for detail and meticulous organisational skills, along with a love of romantic and classical weddings, my aim is to take a couple’s vision and transform this into a breathtaking, elegant day that leaves lifelong memories. Whether it be an intimate and small celebration or a party en masse, a magnificent English countryside marquee venue or a stunning stately home, I will ensure the day is planned to perfection, and most importantly, reflects your story as a couple.

My services range from on-the-day coordination through to a full wedding planning service for occasions across the UK. Whatever level of service you require, Whatever level of service is required, I aim to discover as much information as I can about my clients. Not only that, but a big part of my role as a wedding planner is to be your support throughout the process, to instil confidence as you look toward your big day.

As exciting as it can be to organise a wedding, it can also be stressful and exhausting! My goal is to ensure my clients can fully experience the magic of being engaged, through trusting me to handle the logistical challenges and stresses that can occur in the planning process. Problem solving is the name of the game, and I love finding solutions, whatever the challenge may be! The result is a seamless and effortless day that my clients can fully take in, with peace of mind in knowing everything is in hand.

I work with a number of trusted suppliers, who I will recommend based on which I think is the best fit for your specific wedding. I do not follow a one size fits all approach, each wedding I create is bespoke, with every detail tailored to you as a couple. One thing you can count on is that your day will be seamless, beautiful, elegant and memorable. Equally important, in removing the stress of the planning process for my couples, I can help you actually enjoy the journey and have fun along the way!

MEET FREDI

I have always been a huge romantic. I love seeing a look of love between a couple, I love learning about their journey together, what makes them smile, what makes them laugh; and I love getting the chance to help tell that story through the day we build together to share with loved ones. I founded Grace & Vow through this passion and to get the opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way towards one of the most joyous occasions in a couple’s life. 

 I firmly believe the day needs to suggest ‘you’ most of all, which is why I take the time getting to know you right from the outset of us embarking on the planning process. But it is similarly important for my clients to also get to know me, and feel they can trust me with their day. I have a real eye for detail and have always been a meticulous planner. To have the privilege of meeting wonderful couples, understanding what would make their dream wedding, and then bringing it to life alongside a team of hand-picked, dedicated suppliers is so rewarding. I love knowing I am making couples’ lives easier as I help them navigate the planning journey and all it involves. From managing budgeting and payment schedules, to managing communications with suppliers, all while bringing my creativity to the table throughout, as we work to transform ideas into the end magical result.

My intention as we embark on our journey as a team is not to remove the power you have in making key decisions in the planning process. Instead, I want to empower you by providing unwavering support and guidance on all aspects of the event, to give you confidence that the right calls are being made throughout the planning journey.  From there, you can trust the logistics to be in hand – I will update you regularly, to ensure you are kept in the loop, and you can focus on the important task of watching it all come together.
